hold the HI-WAY CITY sign, or press P, to open this. in touch driving, tapping the road sends the car there and tapping the car wash drives it in. keyboard works too: arrows, space, enter, the numbers on the wash tools, S to call the street sweeper and R to make it rain right now.
rain is what makes new puddles. the orange phone button calls the street sweeper, which drives a lap and wipes them away. with mud puddles off it still rains, it just leaves nothing behind.
